I’m not the type to write reviews, but Jake definitely deserves to have one written about him. Apologies for the lengthy review. What I first noticed is that Jake spoke to me and answered my questions. As a woman shopping for a car I find most dealers ignore you and talk to the man that’s with you (the man with me happened to be my brother). After test driving the car I noticed a few minor things and brought them to Jake’s attention and he let me know it would be no problem to get it taken care of. Honda Pilots are known for needing the timing belt replaced so I asked if that had been done. Jake wasn’t sure, but offered to have it replaced for only the price of parts . This alone earned him a loyal customer and a recommendation. He continued to stand by his integrity and word in his business when my car battery died 2 weeks later after I had been out of town for 3 days. I contacted Jake and he told me to bring the car I and he would replace the battery even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. I hope I don’t need another vehicle any time soon, but if I do I will be buying one from Jake and sending others his way.

Came here in August looking for my first car. Shopped around southwest Michigan but found here had the best, and most fair prices for what is offered. Gannon was very helpful and honest about the cars and ended up getting a Honda off the lot. While the car has faced average wear and tear issues, it’s held up well and was a great purchase! If your looking for an affordable car here’s the place 👍🏻
