I worked with Gannon. The process of trading in my old car and buying a different one was pretty smooth and seamless. I discovered a minor repair that needed to get fixed on the vehicle I was buying and they scheduled me to have it fixed at no charge to me. Also I feel they gave me a fair trade in price for my old vehicle and showed me the KBB trade in value.

One of the best dealerships in Grand Rapids! The sales team was very helpful. When I let them know the air conditioning wasn’t working on the vehicle I tested they acknowledged the problem and fixed it. It was nice to be able to put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it while making a decision. Absolutely no hidden fees. Straight up and honest. Ten out of ten would recommend!
